CHEF

GILDA BESCHORNER

I am a Chef by profession, by conviction, by nature, and  most important, by passion.

A descendent of German immigrants, Gilda Beschorner was born in Caracas, Venezuela, country of rich influences of Italian, Spanish, Germany, and Portuguese culture and customs, especially in pastries and bakery. During her childhood she shared homemade culinary art learning from her grandma and mother, always interested and willing to learn the art of cooking.

She studied Industrial Relations in college and at the same time received courses of culinary arts in Caracas, in several specialties such as Chinese food, cake preparation and decoration.

Looking for better horizons she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and studied Executive Chef in Mac Fatter Institute. Worked in several recognized Companies such as Super-Target and Publix chains for more than 15 years, in the area of bakery as a cake decorator always involved and fascinated in the area of dessert recipe preparation, great deal of expertise, she decided to share her skills, talent, and capabilities to future customers using her personal touches.
